Sharon Duncan-Brewster (Londra, 8 febbraio 1976[1]) è un'attrice britannica.

Carriera[modifica | modifica wikitesto]

Ha iniziato la sua carriera da attrice nel 1991, nella serie TV 2point4 Children[2]. Successivamente, ha fatto delle apparizioni in alcune serie televisive tra cui Grange Hill, Metropolitan Police e Starting Out. Nel 1998, ha recitato in un episodio di Maisie Raine e di Body Story[3]. Dal 1999 al 2002, ha interpretato Crystal Gordon nella serie della ITV, Bad Girls[4]. Nel 2001, debutta al cinema con Love Is Not Enough[5]. Nel 2005, recita in Imagine Me & You, diretto da Ol Parker[6], e interpreta Sarah Baker in un episodio di Waking the Dead[7]. Nel 2008, interpreta Yvonne in Three and Out[8] e l'anno seguente prende parte ad una puntata di Doctor Who[9] e a 15 episodi della soap opera della BBC, EastEnders[10]. Nel 2016, ha recitato in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, il primo film della serie Star Wars Anthology[11][12]. Nel 2019, ha recitato in tutti gli episodi della miniserie TV Years and Years, con Emma Thompson[13]. Inoltre, dal 2019 al 2020, ha recitato in Sex Education.[14] Nel 2021, ha interpretato la dottoressa Liet Kynes nel film diretto da Denis Villeneuve, Dune[15][16][17][18].
